I have not received my package yet. Who do I contact?

Once your product has been shipped, you are sent an email with a Tracking number where you can track your packages shipping progress.

If you still have yet to receive your package then you can email My Dog Supps Customer Support at mydogtoolsinfo@gmail.com for further assistance.

I just placed my order, when will I receive it?

All orders are shipped Monday through Friday. All orders placed before 3pm will be shipped out same day. Any orders placed after 3pm will be shipped the next business day.

Any orders placed after 3pm on Friday's or placed on the weekends will be shipped out the following Monday. If Monday falls on a holiday then the order will be shipped out the next active business day (Tuesday).

What should I do if I receive a broken or open container?

If you receive a broken or open container of any of our products, we apologize for the inconvenience and ask that you contact our customer support team immediately at mydogtoolsinfo@gmail.com

We will be happy to assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

Where is my Package? Tracking says 'Delivered' but I can't find it.

We apologize if you have not received your item as indicated.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you can't find it:

Carrier may have placed it in a safer location, please check:

  • Mailbox
  • Porch
  • Garage
  • Any area out of potential weather hazards
  • Exterior doors and any locations where the package could be placed
  • Check your mailbox again as some packages come separately from your regular mail.
  • Check with others in your house that may have accepted it.
  • In rare cases, package may show as 'delivered' but could take additional 24 hours.

How do I Cancel my Product Subscription?

To cancel your subscription to our products please follow one of the following instructions:

Desktop:

  1. In the top right hand corner of your screen there will be a small person icon located right next to your cart icon. Click the small person icon which will then take you to an account login page.
  2. On the login page below the "Sign In" button there will be an option that says "Manage Subscriptions"
  3. Click the "Manage Subscriptions" button which will then take you to a screen where you will then enter the email you used to create your order.
  4. Enter your email and click "Send login code (sends SMS and Email)"
  5. You will then receive a code via email or text that will allow you to login and update and cancel your product subscriptions.

Mobile:

  1. On your mobile device click the menu bar on the top left side of your screen. There will be a small person icon that says "Log in" located at the bottom of the menu above the social media icons. Click the small person icon which will then take you to an account login page.
  2. On the login page below the "Sign In" button there will be an option that says "Manage Subscriptions".
  3. Click the "Manage Subscriptions" button which will then take you to a screen where you will then enter the email you used to create your order.
  4. Enter your email and click "Send login code (sends SMS and Email)".
  5. You will then receive a code via email or text that will allow you to login to manage or cancel your product subscriptions.
